When Brookfield created their new Sales Centre in Seton, they wanted a space to display their new homes, branding and messaging in an area that was modern, sophisticated and visually engaging. 

 

To do this we created a display with graphics, typography and a seamless monitor box which provided a way to display high-quality photos, dimensional text and a map of the area. It was also important to incorporate branding for "The Studio", a place at Brookfield where homeowners can go and pick details for their new homes. We combined imagery and branding from “The Studio” with authentic material boards, a monitor and dimensional elements creating a display that was stunning and cohesive. 

 

The result was a project that hit all the marks and led to two additional sales centres that incorporated the same style and materials.
